I just switched from Verizon to Cingular and I am so happy. With Verizon I literally could not use my phone in my house. I either had to stand with one leg on a radiator or else go outside.

Now with my new cingular phone and plan I steadily get 4 or 5 bars. It is just an amazing difference.

I am also a recent Cingular convert. When I couldn't get service in my home from alltell, I switched to Cingular and noticed an immediate improvement. Cingular gets top marks from me!

As you could guess from my name, I'm a pretty big fan of Cingular. I'm glad to here that you are satisfied with them as well.

I used to be really satisfied with them. But since their switch to AT&T I am getting less and less pleased with them, almost by the day. I hope it isnt a sign of things to come.

So far, it just seems to be billing glitches ...I hope service doesn't change as it's the only carrier that works where I live!

I have bigger issues with their customer service. I never get any satisfactory service when I call with issues or questions. I also get a ton of dropped calls since they merged. I just hope things even out.

I haven't noticed that part yet but I'm hoping it doesn't happen. The reason I went with them is that they had the only decent service in my area! If I lose that, well, there goes the cell phone!

That is pretty much why I have them too. Where I was living was the tiny white "no coverage" dot on every single carrier map in my state. Cingular actually manages to get a signal there. At least a bit of one. I am hoping things even out with the service side of things.

Me too ...I also hope it means that Cingular may have more access to more towers too!
