Default Cingular Service...

I was an AT&T member until Cingular took over and I must say, the service has been a 180 degree turn for the better...anyone else feel the same way? Plus there is a much better selection of phones/PDA's, etc. now that it's Cingular...

IMO, I think that cingulair has gotten worse.Maybe because there's not alot of towers in AZ, but I can get as good of,if not better, reception out in the middle of the desert than the middle of the city.

There aren't alot of towers in AZ. I love it but hate it for the fact that my house is pretty much squashed in the middle between 2 towers and i barely get signal cuz im almost out of range for both....garbage. Still love them though.

Two years ago whenever anyone called my Number, they were getting a 900 sex line.:dunno: And whenever I called my voicemail box..I too was getting a 900 number...sadly the problem was found and fixed after two weeks. The "problem" did return temporarily and just as quickly dissapeared:bawling:

I think cingular made it better...I had AT&T, and until it changed to Cingular, I couldnt get reception in most buildings.

I've had a lot of lousy customer service with Cingular, but I stay with them. Sounds like my end of the stick isn't as short as I thought.

Cingular has very good customer service. I have yet to have a negative experience with them.

My experience with cingular customer service has been hit or miss. There are good reps and bad reps out there. They key is finding the good ones.

In the last couple months since they started saying cingular is the new At&t I have had more dropped calls than ever before. When they originally merged a couple years ago, my service was better, I am hoping once they get their towers straightened out it improves again.

Funny that you mention that ...I used to know the places where my cingular would work just like a map in my head ...recently, it started to change and not for the good either. Yesterday, I was in an area where I always get good coverage and there was none.
