Default Wireless card for Laptop?

Anyone have the Verizon wireless broadband card for their laptop? I am thinking of getting one, but not sure what the speeds are really like.

I am also looking to get one and would like some information. I have heard the speeds are not terrible but no where near as good as cable/dsl so im not sure really as to what speeds you would get.

The laptop I have has inbuilt wireless functionality, but I would have thought that the speed is more about your broadband then your card.

So, if I am not mistaken, the card just provides the internet connection but the speed depends on the PC? Am I right or correct me if I am wrong, please.

Me too. My wireless is built in and i've never given it a second thought. IT never gives me any problems whatsoever. My sister has an external, and that seems to work well.
