Default Cingular Bills

Anyone else have a really bizarre cingular bill this month? Mine says the last time I paid a bill was in December of 05. This months usage appears to be correct, it just struck me as a bit odd that the last year and a half have just disappeared.

Mine was fine. Have you contacted them and what did they say? Very curious!

They said it was a glitch with switching systems. The odd part is, I got a paper bill this month too. I switched to online billing over 2 years ago, since I use my so much that my bill alone was enough for a couple of trees. They said it was corrected. I hope so.

The only thing I've noticed are errors in roll over minutes, but so far I'm way ahead so I'm not saying anything lol.

I just got another paper bill today. I am going to call and request it be changed back again. I hope once everything gets sorted out with the switch it all calms down again. Though I would think they would be pretty close to done with all of that.

One would think that but it seems they're awfully busy changing the logo around ...rather than dealing with business!

All of the times that I have called lately nobody bothered to mention to me that they had new rate options for text packages too. I just noticed that you can get unlimited in network texting for 10 a month. And it includes multimedia messages and all that jazz, also 200 out of network texts a month. Here I am paying 20 a month for 2500 messages and paying the overages if I go over, when everyone I text with is in network. Why on earth dont they cancel the obsolete options off when something new like that comes out.

This is something which is so inherent with AT&T. YOu sign up for a service, they change the terms of the service, offer better ones but don't bother to tell you. Cingular seemed to be better but now that AT&T is back, I suspect we'll see their old methods again. Jerks.

Yes they are. I just had another lovely conversation with one of their reps yesterday. They signed me up for the new text package I requested, but didnt bother to remove the old one. Why on earth would I want both. They are really starting to irritate me.
