Default Prepaid Question

I am not sure if I am ready to let my daughter onto my account, Can you tell me more about prepaids, and which one offers the best deal on these. I really want her to learn about a cell phone first before she gets one she can kill me with! lol

Well, I would say if she is very chatty, it's not a good idea. I first got my phone in case of emergency...then I got friends o.0
Fortunately, a couple years later my provider (Virgin Mobile) started offering monthly plans. I typically use the $34.99 plan which is 300 daytime/anytime minutes and 1000 nights and weekends. The only reason I need so much is because my guy likes to chat me up on his ride home from work every day haha... but those daytime minutes go fast for me.
I am not really aware on other prepaids though

Well, as my own curiosity piqued, I found a couple of links that might help you out or at least get you started!

And a link I found on that page that may be helpful:

Thank you RoxyMoron, I do apperciate the links. She is not overly chatty, but you never know with kids, hand them a cell phone and automatically they discover they have a tongue! lol

That is true haha...I suddenly got friends afterwards, because most of them had cellphones and didn't use the internet very much like I did. That was dangerous! Luckily I'm the only one who has to pay for my bill so my mother didn't scream at me too much about it :P

You could do what my mom does, warn her that if she gets too carried away she will have to pay off her debt in housework! :P
