Default USB TV Tuners

I am looking to buy a TV tuner for my laptop for about £50-70, I want one thats gonna give a good quality picture, can anyone recommend one?

(I want to record old videos to my computer with it)

I dont recommend USB because the signal can go out alot. If you are using it for your laptop, then I guess you kinda have to ( I dont know if theyve made one for the slot yet) but if youre using it for a PC, I suggest you use an internal one, simply because the chances of the signal going out is alot less.

Yeah I agree with SxDxMxF that internal ones are better but since you are using a laptop thats out of the question.

This is a firewire version if your laptop has firewire that is, I'm not sure whether this would be better than using USB.

I have seen these run in store, to me they seem to be a waste of time. How often would you want to watch the tv on your laptp when you have the entire laptops power at your disposal
