A Convenience or a Bother

Well said Vicki2. Coming back to the issue of a Convenience or a Bother, I would say overall it's a convenience. It becomes a bother when found in wrong hands. I have found many do not switch off the mobile in theatres while there are many who do that. It shows it depends on us how we use the device.

Well like I always say, technology is always a great thing until it gets in the hands of irresponsible people, especially the ones with a lack of proper home training.

I guess it's both a convenience and bother.In fact, i on my phone 24/7 unless the battery is flat.Before i go to bed, i will turn it to vibrate mode.As i'm a light sleeper, the vibration will able to wake me up in case there is an emergency call.Usually, i will see the caller id to see who is calling before answering.If i want some private moments alone,i wont answer the call.=)

That sounds very much like me. I can wake up to the vibrate mode, and I am thankful for the little window that tells you who it is. I never answer if I don't know them, they can just leave me a message!

I have to agree its pretty much equal. At one point it can be such a great convenience, while other times its really a bother.
