Time Spent?
How long do you guys spend talking on your cell phones each day, each night, and throughout the week? I want to see how "obsessed" we are nowadays.
Me? I spend about 30 minutes per day on the cell phone, usually less.

Time Spent?
I spend around 30 minutes with family, an hour on bad days with friends but if it's a good day maybe 3-4 hours. Add around 30 minutes to that for business related calls. Yeah I know I tend to talk a lot.
No wonder I had to get an unlimited plan with my phone after my first year's bill.

Time Spent?
I feel so odd when it comes to cell phones.. I dont like them one bit but i do need to have one. The last one i bought was a Sony Erickson K700i. I thought i should get one with a camera so i got that one. I have had it for about 3 months now and i have not called anyone from it yet. I do recive 2-3 calls a day and a few sms.. Id rather use Skype to talk on and mail for messages.

Time Spent?
I mostly use SMS to 'talk' to people, it's cheap and easy.
But I mostly talk around the phone for 3-6 minutes.
Not much on the phone.

Time Spent?
It really depends on who's calling who... If I'm the one making a call, or if another person is calling me. Usually I don't spend much time on the phone just to talk about nothing or how the weather was the day before, I like to have my credit well spent.
If it's family I usually spend more time talking because I'm studying in another city and only see them at some weekends.
Answer: I'd say 5 mins a day. Sometimes less, sometimes more.

Time Spent?
I try to speak less when I'm the one who has made the call but when I receive a call, I dont care about time and speak on and on and on ... until the person decides to end the call.

Time Spent?
Probaly about 10-15 minuets a day. The calls I make out are about one third normally. I usally ask the person i'm ringing to call me back via there homephone.
I text much more, every day I send around 20 texts and recieve about 15 or so. Texting is my favourite method but if it's something important of course using the phone is better!

Re: Time Spent?
With me it varies from day to day.
I could spend a couple of hours 1 days and just a few minutes the next.
I just try to make sure I stick to my monthly allowance

Re: Time Spent?
In our place, texting is more popular because it is cheaper than calling.

Re: Time Spent?
I don't spend much time on my phone during the weekdays. It's pretty much a way for people to find out where I am or to make plans. But my mother calls on weekends, and then I'm on FOREVER. If I didn't get free weekend minutes, I'd be totally screwed . . .

Re: Time Spent?
I spend about 30 min to an hour depending on how much I am traveling. I like to use a pre-paid phone because for me it is cheaper and easy to track. What is ther most time you have spent in one day? I have logged on 3 hours in on day.

Re: Time Spent?
On the weekends I talk the most because its free lol. Throughout the week I may talk between 15-60min per day unless I'm talking to my bestfriend and we will be on the phone at least 2 hours but she has Verizon too.

Re: Time Spent?
I'd say on an average day I spend less than 10 minutes on the phone. I use mostly text and instant messaging all day long.

Re: Time Spent?
I"m generally on the cell phone about 1 hour a day on the weekdays and then 20 hours a day on the weekends. I also, use my web browser which takes up minites. I probably use that about 4 hours a week. Luckily, it's during the nights though so there's no additional charge.

Re: Time Spent?
I actually hardly ever use my mobile phone. Quite often, I leave it for weeks at a time uncharged. And then find people are annoyed with me for not having it turned on. When it is on, I would probably spend ten minutes a week max on the phone. I used to use it heaps when I first got it, but I guess the novelty wore off.

Re: Time Spent?
i rarely use my phone for calls...of course back when i was a real estate agent i spent around 5 minutes per day probably...i'm really monitoring the length and number of times not just because cellphone calls cost so much in our country, but also bcause i'm kinda paranoid that i'll have brain cancer with too much use of my cellphone..
my aunt told me this story about her friend who used to work as a stockbroker or something like that...she spent hours each day on the phone bcause of her job... recently she developed brain cancer and it was probably due to that...

Re: Time Spent?
I spend my time on texting rather than on calling because texting here in our country is much cheaper rather than to call, because the call price here in our country is you can send seven times text messages on that kind of amount.
