Netgear Skype Phone

I know this is not a cell phone, but it still seemed like the best place to bring it up.

Anyone else waiting on this?

I can not wait to get this. It will work on your wireless network, or really any wireless network and allow you to answer your skype calls. I think such devices are really going to be bring the wifi/voip business into the future. I am waiting to get one for him, as opposed to any of the less elegant solutions. Not having to have a PC interface at all for Skype will be very nice.

I'm not sure, a company or a group would have to hav iniciated a system to use this for it to start to become popular.

Skype is pretty cool.. I am really curious how eBay will intergrate it into its services now that they own Skype.

Skype is indeed cool but not much friends of mine use it so I don't use it too. I used it in the past and such a telephone looks really cool! I think I saw one in a local shop for €20.

I have been looking at getting one of those, but they are selling for like $250.00 now and that is a bit high for me.

Skype maybe cool but I would like to have a phone that would be good for all purposes. Is Skype only applicable to those who have Skype phone brands?
