Default Supporting software

These days phones come with great software to support the handset. I have used K750i from Sony Ericsson. The supporting software had everything one require to spice up the mobile handset.

Do you have the k750i now? I'm having trouble with my camera phone button and have been meaning to go in search of a fix. What's the point of having a gig of memory if I can't overload it with pics?

No, the phone is not with me. I am using another phone now. Is it the keypad which is the cause of your trouble. I think you can check out any local Sony Ericsson shop. They will change the keypad if that is the cause of the problem.

No, it's the button on the side for the camera phone. It seems to have lost its sensitivity. I have to hit it just right these days.

Unfortunately, the phone isn't readily available in my area (was an import) so any work on the hardware requires me to send it away.

As long at the phone was with me I had no problem. I understand in your case the side button is not working properly and as you imported it, it is really difficult to check it up and change the button if necessary. I suggest you can take your phone to a reputed mobile shop at your place and ask for their advise. I guess it is some foreign particle which may have gone inside.

That's not really likely to happen. There's nobody in the area trained to support the phone so I'd rather find the fix myself.

Nod! then you have to do that on your own and believe me sometime that work better than going to a service centre. Actually we have sets available everywhere but still there is a lack of support.

I may try eBay to see if I can get a cheap used one to tinker with (or take parts from) first.

Yep! eBay is a good solution. I think you can try that, given you will be able to fit the parts on your own, which I am not at all good at.
