Has anyone figured out a way to make and upload their own graphics and wallpapers to their cell phones? :dunno:

I have a Samsung D500

I can just convert standard jpegs and gifs and send it to my phone via bluetooth.

It automatically formats mine.

Which phone do you have ?

My phone has bluetooth so I just send pictures as jpg's. But I have found that if the picture is too higher resolution it won't let me send it.

Alas, im useless. I only download my wallpapers, and i have no idea how to upload them to my phone from my computer.

Just like MJG I believe the best way of doing this is to copy the files to your phone as jpeg and then select them for wallpaper

I too am useless when it comes too this. I'm just plain ole lazy to do that and I like the official look that the downloaded piks look like.

It definitely is not phone specific. Any picture you take can be made a wallpaper even if you take a picture of a family picture it will still work rather well.

Try going to the picture and going to some sort of options menu. There should be an option that asks you if you want to make it your wallpaper.

Well, It is not all that tough to get it done

Just goto mobcrop.com
You can browse through and upload your picture online, crop them according to your phone's model and finally get it done

It is all very obvious once you visit that site!

I have a camera phone and took a picture of my new baby to set as my wallpaper (I'm not one to carry around pictures and I got tired of saying "no I don't have a picture of the baby).

Other than that, I have no way of down loading anything into my phone.

Well I make my own wallpaper using Photoshop and then transfer the JPG file to my phone and set it as a wallpaper.

With my phone, I just take a picture and choose to make it my wallpaper. So mine is a photo of a picture of 2 of my dead pals (photos before they died of course) with 2 opened beer cans in front of them.
