Anyone have already own this unit?Im thinking of buying this one next month.So I'm surveying if this unit is worth buying for?I saw this unit in a commercial.They have the dual camera features and also the videophone technology.I'm actually impressed with the videophone technology.And I heard in our local news that this are one of the unit that videophone technology will be available here in our country.Any suggestions?

Hehe.Definitely this is a cool Nokia cellphone.But I just want to survey what are the the other factors that I dont know about this unit.Because here in our country there is only few people uses it because it is very expensive.And most of this people who have this unit is on the upper class community so I dont have the oppurtunity to survey to them.Im on the middle class though.

My Professor has Nokia 6680 . For those who don't know what it is, it's a video confrencing phone. Both parties need to have this phone to see each other.[obviously]

It also has a camera(regular one) to take video and snaps.

@Foxvince - dude you are in which country ? I will advice you to not to look at 6680 if you don't need it. Go for motorola p800 or may be Nokia 6660. You can get more info on 6680 at http://www.nokia.co.uk/nokia/0,,71025,00.html

Wow.. handheld videoconferencing.. man that would be neat! I wonder how the frame rate is. The bummer is that you have to have one one each end.. It's not compatible with other video cell phones (are there any other ones)???

Looks like a really nifty phone. For videoconferencing your cellphone service provider must have the feature of video chat or is it not a case and works with any GSM network?

I think this cellphone is really nice, why don't buy it? I think if you're not pretty sure about the phone, try to search it on googles or int the other sites and look its capabilities

Instead of buying the Nokia 6680, I suggest you save up some money for Nokia's N70. It is like the 6680 but it is a 3G phone and you have a 2 megapixel camera on the back instead of a 1.3 megapixel in the 6680.

I agree, I think there are far better units available right now and if you would be purchasing a brand new phone, I suggest a newer model like the N-series of Nokia.
